NUrsing Report ; end of 2012 - Susan Guro

Hi,i am susan guro...

This is my report for this semester . on this september,  i already
finish my last semester. From september 2012, i continue  for my
clinical practice. Now i have my clinical practice for cp 5,6,7,8.From
now on....i will continue my clinical practice and no more class. Just
finish all my clinical practice. My OSCE haven’t done yet is osce ,cp
5, cp 6, cp 7. Osce cp 5 will a little bit late because must go to
community health nursing at Bau first for 1 month. Bus fee for go
there is about rm17/day and it about rm200++. For cp 8 will attach at
Bau also for management. Management will done in 2 weeks. I will
attach at ward ENT & EYES, and Accident and emergency. Now, i also
replace for my contact hour that not complete yet. Later will have
osce for cp  6.I already have sit for my osce cp 4. Result for my osce
cp 4 for is  B.Thanks Lord because i pass my osce.And my result for
last semester that day is like the following :
1.      Nursing sciences 9 – B
2.      Nursing Sciences 10 _ B
3.      Nursing sciences 11 - B

Nursing Report, end of 2012 - Beatcsy

Hi, i’m beatcsy.....
This is  report about  my study. I already  finish all semester 1 to
semester 8. But know i still  continue  clinical practice  at sarawak
general hospital and  bau hospital to continue my contact hour until
finish.
All through my previous clinical posting that i’ve been attached to
maternity & labour ward which is all about mothers and babies,
Oncology(RTU ward)  for cancer patients, and Orthopaedic ward mostly
for patient that have problem with bones such as fractures or tumour.
Geriatric ward that for older patient.  The rest ive  been attached to
medical and surgical ward.
Wards in SGH that im not attach yet is, Operation Theatre(OT),ENT
Unit, Neuro surgery , community health nursing at bau hospital for 1
month and bus  fee is rm17 per day. Pediatric ward for children.  and
ENT.  But  after xmas i  attached to A& E or emergency. At bau
hospital  bus fee is rm17 per day. Finally is management at bau also
for 2 week. I hope sir can hope me about the bus fee. And bus fee at
sarawak general hospital is rm50 per month.AT COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING
will attach at Bau also. Cost for bus fee is around rm200 for month.

Nursing Report end of 2012 - Cecilia Balan

Hi,im cecilia Balan..
I would like to do my report for my last semester.From september until
november i’ve been finished my last semester.For this last semester i
not yet take my final exam but i will take it on FEBRUARY next
year.Iwill sit my OSCE on JANUARY next year also.Before  sit my last
semester that day i have sit my semester 7 and the result as below.
    1)Nursing sciences  9 –c+
   2)Nursing sciences 10 –c+
   3)Nursing sciences 11 –B
Now,i continue my clinical practice at Sarawak General Hospital.I
already start my clinical practice  from 26 NOVEMBER 2012 and no more
sit for any class.Just finish my all my clinical practice.
My OSCE haven’t done yet is osce cp 4, cp 5, cp 6, cp 7. Osce cp 5
will a little bit late because we must go to community health nursing
at Bau  for 1 month. Bus fee for go there is about rm17/day and it
about rm200++.To do management that for my cp 8 is must go to hospital

Nursing Report end of 2012 - Joanita Aren

Hi.....i’m joanita. This is my report for this semester.

From september until november i finish my last semester. Semester 8
but final exam will be on february next year. And will have exam
practical /osce on january. Start from 26 november 2012 go for
clinical practice.
Before finish my semester that day, i sit for my semester 7. And
already final exam. Result for that subject is :

Nursing Report end of 2012 - Jennifer Kawas.

Hi, i’m Jennifer Kawas. When doing this report im doing my clinical
practice 5,6,7&8 at General Hospital to continue my contact hour for
medical ward since 26th november 2012 after done my final semester for
theory at class.
My previous clinical posting that i’ve been attached to is
ENT(Eye,Ear,Nose&Throat)
Wards in SGH that im not attach yet is, Operation Theater(OT),A&E
Unit, Neuro surgery ward & management.
Result for OSCE CP2&3 is B+. OSCE CP4 is B.
0SCE For CP5, CP6 & cp7 will be coming soon after this CP and final exam done.
Our transportation to Bau hospital doing A&E is by bus. The bus fare
is about rm200/month.
This is briefly about my progress
May our Lord Jesus always be with us and may He smoothen the way we
all go through to finish our journey to gain success. And  a lots of
